Registered Manager wanted for a small children’s home. £60,000 plus bonuses.
Lead a therapeutic home for a growing independent provider, with values-led leadership and real investment in your team.
Skills needed
- Lead a small residential team day to day
- Strong on Ofsted Quality Standards and safeguarding
- Build a settled, therapeutic home for young people
Experience needed
- Leadership or supervisory experience in children’s residential care
- Level 3 Residential Childcare, Level 5 or working towards
- Solid understanding of Ofsted regulations
