Hold Ofsted registration for an established service already rated Good, with an independent provider.
Skills needed
- Lead and develop a community support team
- Confident holding Ofsted registration and evidencing Good
- Strong on care planning, risk and safeguarding
Experience needed
- Registered Manager or Deputy in complex needs services
- Level 5 in Leadership and Management, or working towards
- Ofsted registered, or ready to register
