Registered Manager - Sutton, Surrey Registered ManagerLocation: SuttonSector: Learning and Physical DisabilitiesSalary: Competitive salary plus bonus and Lifeways Group benefits We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a well-established supported living service in Sutton, supporting 7 adults with learning and physical disabilities. The service benefits from a long-standing, dedicated staff team who are committed to providing high-quality, person-centred support. Has a strong track record with Care Quality Commission (CQC), including achieving and maintaining Good or Outstanding ratings.Has experience improving or turning around services and embedding strong quality and governance.Is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care for people with complex and profound learning and physical disabilities.Can lead, inspire, and develop a skilled care team to deliver exceptional support.Is committed to individualised care, dignity, independence, and meaningful outcomes for every person supported. In this role, you will:
Support, inspire, and develop your team of support workers, team leaders and a deputy manager to deliver outstanding care and support within this purpose built care home.You will oversee the delivery of high-quality care and support for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, challenging behaviours, and physical disabilities, each with their own unique and complex needs.Drive service improvements and quality standardsBuild strong relationships with your team, families, and communities You'll lead with purpose, inspire your teams, and deliver the highest standards of care while shaping the future of services. What You'll Bring
