We are seeking a Register Manager to join our team! We offer a competitive salary depending on experience.
Purley View Nursing Home is a well-established 35-bed care home situated in the heart of Purley, Croydon. For more than three decades, it has built a strong reputation for delivering compassionate, professional, and person-centred support to older people who may experience a range of health conditions, including dementia and other complex needs. Qualifications: Must hold the required qualifications (Registered Nurse with active PIN – RLND/RGN.RNMH), competence, skills, and experience to manage the regulated activity.
- At least 2+ years’ experience as a Registered Manager in a care or nursing home.
- Strong Leadership and management
- Registered with CQC – Preferable but not essential.
- Experience with Mental Health & Challenging Behaviour
- Strong Knowledge and confidence in CQC regulations, Safeguarding and quality standards.
- Motivation: Highly motivated to drive the home's strategy and vision forward.
- Resilience: The ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.
