Make a Difference Every Day We are seeking a Register Manager to join our team! Proactive Life Midlands provides a supported living service in Brimingham for adults with mental health conditions and associated complex needs. What You’ll be Doing
Leadership: Lead, motivate and develop a dedicated care team.Oversee the day-to-day operationsRegulatory Compliance: Ensure the home meets the Government and CQC- equivalent standards.Financial Management: Manage budgets and resources to contribute to the home’s financial sustainability.Create strong relationships with residents, families and care professionalsPromote a warm, positive and inclusive environment What You’ll Need
At least 2+ years’ experience as a Registered Manager in a care or nursing home.Registered with CQC – Preferable but not essential.Experience with Mental Health & Challenging BehaviourStrong Knowledge and confidence in CQC regulations, Safeguarding and quality standards.Excellent leadership, organisation and communication skills.
