Registered Manager - Domiciliary Care Wakefield | Full-Time | £40,000-£43,000 + Salary Progression to £55,000

Chase Medical is recruiting on behalf of a growing domiciliary care provider for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a new service based in Wakefield, supporting the development of care services across Wakefield and Barnsley. This is an opportunity to launch and shape a new branch from the ground up, giving you genuine autonomy to build a high-performing team, establish an outstanding culture, and grow the service as it expands. £50,000 once combined service hours reach 2,000£55,000 once combined service hours reach 3,000 Bonus eligibility is linked to achieving a Good CQC rating and positive Local Authority outcomes. Lead and develop a high-performing branch teamRecruit, induct, supervise, and appraise staffEnsure safe, effective, and person-centred care deliveryMaintain CQC compliance and regulatory standardsOversee care planning, quality assurance, and service reviewsManage staffing levels and rota coverageBuild strong relationships with clients, families, and stakeholdersIdentify opportunities to grow the branch and improve performance About You We're looking for someone who can combine strong operational management with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding care. You'll ideally have:

Previous experience as a Registered Manager within domiciliary careA successful track record of achieving or maintaining CQC complianceStrong leadership, recruitment, and people management skillsCommercial awareness and experience growing a serviceExcellent knowledge of safeguarding and adult social care regulationsFull UK driving licence Interested?
