Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum plus excellent bonus package
Brook Street Social Care is hiring for a reputed client and we're looking for an experienced, ambitious and child-centred Registered Manager to lead a 2-bed EBD children's home in Liverpool.
What you'll be doing as the Registered Manager:
- Taking ownership of the home's leadership, quality and day-to-day operation
- Ensuring excellent standards of care, safeguarding and regulatory compliance
- Recruiting, developing and inspiring a strong residential team-where stability matters
- Overseeing care planning and risk management, keeping young people at the heart of every decision
- Building positive relationships with families and professionals
- Confidently leading the home through Ofsted inspections
- Management/deputy management experience within an Ofsted-regulated children's residential setting
- The Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or an accepted equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards
- Understanding of young people's needs and behaviours within an EBD setting
- A safeguarding, compliance and quality improvement mindset
- The ability to recruit, motivate and retain an exceptional staff team
- Ambition to achieve Good and Outstanding outcomes-and to lead with compassion, resilience, integrity and accountability
- £60,000 - £70,000 per annumplusperformance bonus up to £10,000 (quality, outcomes, team stability and regulatory performance)
- Potential Ofsted Excellence Bonus up to £2,500 for an Outstanding judgement
