- Oversee the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance
- Lead, support, and develop your team to deliver person-centred care
- Support the assessment and implementation of individual care plans
- Ensure a safe, positive, and nurturing environment for residents
- Promote dignity, wellbeing, and independence in all aspects of care
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes
£55,000 to £60,000 DOE
Full Time 37.5 hours plus some on call work
Cleveland House is located in Banks, Southport, in the west of Lancashire. It offers residential support for 32 males and females with an acquired brain injury (ABI), progressive neurological condition (PNC) and associated physical health needs. We are located on a residential housing estate.

- Conditions such as epilepsy
- Difficulties with communication
- Difficulties with swallowing
- May need respiratory support through a ventilator and/or tracheostomy

Qualifications and Experience
Essential
- You will be NMC or HCPC registered
- You must hold a Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent), or be working towards it
- Experience supporting individuals with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI).
- Experience working within neurological rehabilitation.
Desirable: - Experience in tracheostomy management.; - Experience supporting people who require long-term ventilation.
