Barchester are recruiting a Regional Customer Relationship Manager to join one of our divisions. We are looking for a professional sales professional who will support this region to increase occupancy. This is your opportunity to work alongside an exceptional management team to ensure the success of first-class care homes in the region. NEED TO DO: Represent Barchester and our state of the art home in a friendly and professional manner. Responsible for all sales activity for the home. Talking to potential new residents over the phone, and providing informative and welcoming tours of the home. Engage with residents and relatives to understand their experience and requirements. Respond to sales enquiries. Actively generate leads and identify local marketing opportunities. Maintain a contacts database. Qualifications
Essential
- Have proven sales and marketing experience preferably in healthcare but not essential, the ability to analyse data on Salesforce or similar CRM application, be self-motivated and target-driven, have interpersonal and professional qualities, and be a confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel/Powerpoint). A full UK driving licence is required.
