The main duties will be covering Main Reception desk, making and changing patient appointments, outcoming clinics, maintaining office supplies via e-procurement systems, dealing with patient enquiries in person and by telephone, processing clinic change notifications as directed by line manager.
Assisting the team by sharing skills and knowledge with colleagues to maintain best practice.

Knowledge Skills and Training
Essential
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent level of knowledge of office procedures
Job Specific Experience

- Previous experience within a comparable role
- Previous experience of working within a customer/public focused environment
Information Technology
Essential
- Competency and confidence in use of IT, with the ability to adapt to new systems
- Demonstrable experience of using Microsoft Office including Word and Excel

- The ability to be able to prioritize, use own initiative and be an excellent team player.
