(**) Receptionist - Trauma & Orthopaedics

The post holder will provide efficient administrative support by responding to telephone and face-to-face enquiries, ensuring patients and colleagues receive clear and timely information.

They will be responsible for booking new and follow-up fracture clinic appointments, accurately recording clinic outcomes, and carrying out essential filing and scanning tasks.

A sound understanding of 18-week pathways is required to support smooth patient journeys.

When speaking with patients, the post holder will review and update all demographic details to ensure the Electronic Patient Record remains accurate, including confirming current contact information, address and GP details.

Qualifications

Essential: - GCSE in Maths and English A-C or Equivalent

Desirable: - NVQ in Administration
