The job is in a fast paced environment working as a team player as part of a team at all Shifnal sites.

  • To become familiar with Practice procedures and

protocols, and comply with them

  • To support with the regular upkeep ofboth sites

adhering to and reinforcing health and safety across all sites

  • To open and close sites
  • To play a part in all Reception and Practice Team

activities, for example, meetings

  • To be responsible for self-development with support

of Practice Team

  • Apply practice policies, standards and

guidance

The role is based at any of the two Shifnal and Priorslee practices, but you may be required to provide cover at the Teldoc sites, so you must be able to travel.

Hours of work will be between the hours of 8am and 6.30pm, fully flexible, to include 1 Saturday per month.

Experience

Essential: - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook; - Good knowledge of GDPR
