- Booking appointments
- Greeting patients
- Answering queries from patients and outside agencies and/or signposting to appropriate members of staff
- Updating patient records, processing correspondence
- Liaising with patients using various different types of communication methods

We are a traditional GP practice that makes the care of our patients our first concern. We have a diverse practice population with significantly differing health needs split across 2 sites.
As practice, we have grown and evolved with time to meet the needs of our patients.

To be considered for this position, you must have the following::
Essential
- Excellent communication skills, written and oral
- Strong IT skills
- Experience of a busy reception/public environment/providing customer services
- Good standard of education including Maths and English
- Experience working within primary care desirable
- Experience of EMIS would be desirable, however full training will be given to a suitable candidate
- You will have a friendly and positive approach towards patients and other visitors either in person or over the telephone
