The successful candidate will work in Main Outpatients.
We are looking for you to apply if you are a motivated receptionist, with knowledge and experience in an acute or primary care setting. You will have excellent interpersonal, IT and communication skills with the ability to organise, manage and plan your workload effectively. You will need to be dedicated and passionate in your role working with patients/ carers/ relatives including those who may have specific needs such as mentally and /or physically impaired, young children, the elderly, the very ill, non-English speaking or hearing or visually impaired.
You will need to be energetic and dedicated in working, As The post holder will be responsible for designated clinics, including the preparation and storage of notes, the reception and discharge of patients, without supervision or direction

Education and Training
Essential: - Good standard of education; - IT or keyboard skills
Desirable: - Previous reception experience NHS experience.
