As a valued member of the Operose Health team, your key duties will include responding to patient queries, liaising with the wider primary care team, managing appointment requests, signposting patients to our range of services, and maintaining patient records and confidentiality. You will also be involved in emailing, scanning, and coding clinical correspondence as well as processing prescription requests. You will utilize other information systems to support efficient workflow processes. We are looking for colleagues who have reception or customer care experience, are excellent communicators both spoken and written, and possess basic PC skills like Word, Excel, and email. Previous experience in the NHS is welcome but not essential.

Main Responsibilities: As a valued member of the Operose Health team, your key duties will include:

  • Able to work within processes, procedures and maintain confidently and data security.
  • Previous experience of working in the NHS is welcome but not essential.
