duties and responsibilities to be undertaken by receptionist may include any or

Duties may be varied from time to time
under the direction of the Reception Supervisor, Assistant to the Practice
Manager or Practice Manager, dependent on current and evolving practice
workload and staffing levels.
We are looking for a receptionist to join our team
here at Penny's Hill Practice. We are based in Ferndown Town Centre in walking
distance to all amenities and the local supermarket. The practice shares the
purpose built premises with Orchid House Surgery with a range of community
services also being provided from attached facilities.
Pennys Hill Practice is a six partner practice providing
a range of primary care and community health services from Ferndown Medical
Centre. We run a personal list system for our 6 GP's and have approximately 7500 patients registered with us. We also have 3 practice nurses, 1
Phlebotomist, 1 Phlebotomist / HCA, 1 tracker nurse / HCA and our reception
team.
Qualifications
Essential: - Good standard of general education; - GCSE mathematics or equivalent; - GCSE English or equivalent
Desirable: - Further education
Others
Essential: - Flexibility of working hours/ability to work at desired times
Desirable: - Car driver/clean licence
