Job description
We have an exciting role on offer within our Prevention and Partnership Service as a Reablement Officer. Reablement is provided to people by Middlesbrough Council, for a short amount of time. Reablement is working with people in their own homes, and promoting independence, while helping only when the person needs it. The aim is to keep people at home, as independent as possible.
