- Prepare and manage patient records and clinical documentation to support radiotherapy services.
- Schedule, amend and manage patient appointments using electronic patient management systems.
- Book radiotherapy follow-up appointments and other associated appointments as required.
- Request and collate relevant clinical information, including pathology, histology and radiology reports.
- Ensure accurate patient data entry and maintenance of electronic records using PMS, EPR and MOSAIQ systems.
- Provide a professional and patient-focused service when responding to telephone and email enquiries.
- Arrange transport and interpreter bookings as required.
- Liaise with radiographers, clinicians, medical secretaries and other healthcare professionals to support patient pathways.
- Provide reception cover when required, assisting patients and visitors attending the department.
- Maintain accurate administrative records and support efficient patient pathway management.
- Undertake general administrative duties including filing, scanning, data entry and document management.
- Support the smooth running of the department by maintaining stock levels and assisting with routine administrative processes.
- Work flexibly across the Berkshire Cancer Centre as required, including occasional support at the Bracknell Radiotherapy Unit.
- Contribute to a positive patient experience by providing a professional, courteous and compassionate service at all times.

Qualifications and Experience
Essential
- Maths GCSE or equivalent
- English GCSE or equivalent
- Previous NHS/ Healthcare Administrative experience
- IT Skills
Desirable
- A Levels/ Higher qualifications or equivalent
- Radiotherapy or cancer specific experience
Communication skills
Essential
- Interpersonal and Customer service skills
- Verbal and Written English skills
