- Leadership & Management: Lead and mentor a team of speech and language therapists, providing support and guidance to ensure professional development and high standards of practice.
- Clinical Excellence: Oversee the delivery of speech and language therapy services, ensuring they meet the highest clinical standards and are tailored to the needs of clients.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to the strategic planning and development of speech and language therapy services, aligning them with organisational goals and client needs.
- Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality assurance measures to evaluate the effectiveness of therapy interventions and improve service delivery.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, educators, and stakeholders to provide integrated care and support for clients.
- Research & Development: Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in speech and language therapy and incorporate evidence-based practices into service delivery.

Qualifications
Essential
- HCPC Registered
- RCSLT Registered
- Extensive experience in delivering Speech and Language Therapy to CYP
- Experience of working in a multi-disciplinary team
Skills, Experience & Knowledge Required
Essential
- Experience in managing or leading a team or service
- Experience in change management
- Extensive experience in delivering high quality, evidence based clinical services
- Knowledge of CQC, SEND Inspections
- Experience in using activity and performance data to monitor and improve service delivery
- Experience of partnership wide collaboration to enhance service delivery
Desirable
- Masters level qualification in leadership or clinical specialism
