To supervise the Pharmacy Procurement and Distribution department, supporting the efficient and effective procurement and distribution of medicines.
Ensure that all legal and departmental practices including Standing Operating Procedures (SOPs), MHRA Rules and Guidance for Pharmaceutical Distributors, COSHH, Lifting and Handling Regulations and all Trust Policies and Procedures are followed.
To supervise and oversee the training of all operational staff within the procurement and distribution department.

Qualification & Registration
Essential: - NVQ & BTec level 3 or Apprenticeship in Pharmaceutical science/studies; - Registration with GPhC; - Final accuracy Checking (ACPT)
Desirable: - Hospital experience; - Experience in use of CMM (JAC) pharmacy computer system; - Line management experience
