Job description
Make a Difference Every Day We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Primary Nurse to join our team. This will be a dual role with Southleigh Community Hospital and also Battersea Bridge Hospital. We support each service user’s journey and ensure that it is underpinned by personalised care plans that incorporate evidence-based psychological interventions, robust risk assessment, occupational therapy, and social inclusion measures. What You’ll be Doing
Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents during day & night shiftsAdminister medications and treatmentsMonitor and assess residents' health and well-beingDevelop and implement individualized care plansCollaborate with families and care professionals to provide the best care.Maintain accurate care and documentationSupport residents in achieving their personal health goals What You'll Need
