Premises Support Worker

The Governors at Christchurch CE Primary school are looking to appoint a Premises support worker. An opportunity has arisen to provide increased support within the Premises Team of Christ Church CE

Primary School. We are looking to appoint a practical, reliable and proactive person who will work across all areas of the school facilities under the direction of the Site Manager.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the following areas:

Maintaining a safe, secure and well-presented environment for pupils, staff and visitors

Site security, health and safety, porterage and general improvements

Undertaking minor repairs, decoration and maintenance

Has a strong background in building maintenance and small repairs

Has a practical background in workplace health and safety

Can complete tasks independently or work within a busy team.

Understands the need for accurate record keeping, monitoring and recording.

Is willing to contribute to the wider school and will be happy working in a child centred environment

Takes pride in their work
