Little Waltham and Great Notley surgeries are looking for a human resources manager required for their busy two site GP practice. This role is offered...
- Support recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning, maintaining records including training, performance reviews, and sickness.
- Develop employee engagement across the practice and manage complex employee relations including disciplinaries, grievances, absence issues, and redundancies.
- Provide guidance and support for HR personnel, ensuring HR compliance across the practice.
- Review and update practice protocols in line with current regulations.

We are a 2-site, friendly training practice with over 21,000 patients. You will be supported by our team of 14 doctors, 3 nurse practitioners, nurses, healthcare assistants, receptionist and admin team.
Qualifications
Essential
- Preferably CIPD qualified level 5 (or equivalent), with at least 5 years post qualification experience
Experience
Essential
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law
- Proven ability of managing a team within a busy environment
- Ability to manage, coach and guide team members and colleagues
- Excellent communication, coaching and relationship- building skills with a logical approach to conflict management
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
