Practice Nurse

Main Responsibilities: As a Practice Nurse, key duties will include assisting the registered manager with duties related to CQC outcomes, ensuring compliance is maintained. The role involves working collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of patients and ensuring that practice policies and procedures are followed. The successful candidate will provide care for the presenting patient, manage treatment, chronic disease management, and evaluation of care. The ideal candidate will be a UK registered nurse with significant post-registration experience, particularly in cervical cytology and baby immunisations. A good knowledge of the Quality Outcomes Framework is also required.
