Broad Oak Medical Centre is seeking a motivated and experienced Practice Nurse for an exciting opportunity. The successful candidate will work 37.5 hours per week and collaborate with the general practice team while assisting the registered manager with CQC outcomes compliance. Key responsibilities include providing care, treatment, and chronic disease management for patients, while ensuring adherence to practice policies. Ideal candidates will be UK registered nurses with substantial post-registration experience and familiarity with cervical cytology, baby immunisations, and the quality outcomes framework.

Broad Oak Medical Centre are looking for a Practice Nurse for 37.5 hours per week.
Main Responsibilities: Key duties will include
- You will assist the registered manager with duties related to CQC outcomes, ensuring that compliance is maintained. As well as working collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of the patients, ensuring practice policies and procedures are followed.
- Providing care for the presenting patient, treatment, chronic disease management and evaluation of care.
Ideal Candidate: Interested? What you will need to be considered:
- UK registered nurse with significant post registration experience.
- Experience in cervical cytology and baby immunisations.
- Must have a good knowledge on quality outcomes framework.
Package Description: What we can offer you as a Practice Nurse:
- Annualsalary of up to £44,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
- 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays pro rata.
