Brunswick Medical Centre is looking for a Practice Nurse interested in an exciting opportunity for 9 hours a week. Key duties include assisting the registered manager with CQC compliance, working collaboratively with the general practice team, and providing patient care, treatment, chronic disease management, and care evaluation. Brunswick Medical Centre are looking for a Practice Nurse for 9.00 hours per week.
Main Responsibilities: Key duties will include
- You will assist the registered manager with duties related to CQC outcomes, ensuring that compliance is maintained. As well as working collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of the patients, ensuring practice policies and procedures are followed.
- Providing care for the presenting patient, treatment, chronic disease management and evaluation of care.
