Duties including general practice nursing, including chronic disease management, immunisations, wound care, cervical screening and other clinical duties.
Duties include cervical cytology, childhood and adult immunisations, vaccinations, chronic disease management, wound care and general nursing duties.
We operate from two sites, close to shops and facilities,
with free parking.
One of our sites is within a couple of minutes walking distance from Woking train station with its excellent direct transport links.
Both sites have a similar number of registered patients.
Experience
Essential: - Practice nurse experience; - Experience of chronic disease management and general nursing
Qualifications
Essential: - Current NMC registration; - Up to date CPD and training in immunisations and vaccination, cervical qualification/training and wound care
