Practice Development Nurse

To assist with empowering and enabling the ward/department teams to ensure that patient care is delivered to the highest standards of care, utilising research and evidence-based practice, in line with BCUHB Nursing Policies and Procedures and NMC Code of Practice and professional standards and guidance.

Essential: - Registered Nurse; - Teaching/assessing qualification to Postgraduate Diploma Level or equivalent
