Physiotherapist - Acute Medicine

Vivid Healthcare are currently recruiting for a Band 6 Acute Inpatient Physiotherapist to join a busy NHS hospital service in Northern Ireland. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive multidisciplinary team, delivering high-quality physiotherapy care to patients across a varied acute caseload. The postholder will be responsible for providing assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation for patients within acute medical, surgical, and elderly care wards. You will play a key role in discharge planning, mobility assessments, and promoting patient independence and safety. Key Responsibilities

Assess, treat, and manage patients with acute and complex conditionsWork across acute medical, surgical, and elderly care wardsContribute to discharge planning and onward referralsDeliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventionsMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentationWork collaboratively within a multidisciplinary teamSupport junior staff and students where required Requirements
