Leading and motivating your pharmacy team to deliver outstanding serviceSupporting the Pharmacy Manager with day-to-day operationsUsing your initiative to drive performance and add value to the businessEnsuring the dispensary runs efficiently and meets GPhC standards Were Looking For:

NVQ Level 3 in Dispensing (Level 2 considered)Previous experience working in a dispensaryStrong communication and interpersonal skillsSupervisory experience in pharmacy or retail (e.g. previous store/assistant manager)Ambitious professionals ready to grow we love to promote from within!
