A rare, new and exciting opportunity has arisen, at our Nuffield Health Derby Hospital where we are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Pharmacy Manager to lead and develop our pharmacy services within our private hospital. As Pharmacy Manager, you'll provide both operational and clinical leadership for the pharmacy department, ensuring safe, effective and patient-centred medicines management across the hospital.
As Pharmacy Manager, you will lead a team, manage medicines governance, and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams across the hospital as well as ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. You'll have previous hospital Pharmacy Manager experience as a Pharmacist or Technician as well as strong leadership and management capabilities. You will be highly organised, analytical and have the ability to drive service improvement and innovation.
