What you'll be doing

Making high-volume outbound calls to community and hospital pharmacists across the UKClearly communicating the benefits of receiving educational and promotional contentSecuring e-consent in a compliant and professional mannerAccurately recording all interactions in CRM systemsHandling objections with confidence and professionalismBuilding positive relationships with healthcare professionalsMeeting and exceeding daily and weekly targetsEnsuring all activity aligns with GDPR and ABPI compliance standardsSharing insights and feedback from conversations with internal teams What we're looking for About you You'll be:
