• Professional knowledge acquired through vocational masters degree in pharmacy (4 years) + 1 year pre-registration training.
• Mandatory registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
• Extensive knowledge of medicines optimisation, acquired through post graduate clinical pharmacy diploma or equivalent experience or training.
• Successful completion of CPPE Primary Care Pharmacy Education Pathway (PCPEP).
• Successful completion of, or currently studying to become, an Independent Prescriber.
• Demonstrates an understanding of, and conforms to, relevant standards of practice.
• Follows professional and organisational policies/procedures relating to performance management.

• Able to communicate complex and sensitive information in an understandable form to a variety of audiences.
