This role is all about managing healthcare products within the healthcare sector, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently to support business goals. Based in Bournemouth, you'll oversee daily operations and make sure the department delivers on its targets.

- Lead, motivate, and develop the pharmacy team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ensure the safe and compliant dispensing of prescriptions in line with GPhC standards.
- Provide expert clinical advice and support to customers and patients.
- Drive the delivery and growth of healthcare and pharmacy services.
- Manage pharmacy operations, ensuring efficiency and high standards of patient care.
- Build strong relationships with customers, healthcare professionals, and local stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to all legal, professional, and company policies and procedures.
- Support recruitment, training, and performance management of pharmacy colleagues.
- Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- Previous experience working within a community pharmacy environment.
- Proven experience in leading, managing, and developing teams.
- Strong clinical knowledge and commitment to patient care.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high professional standards.
- Strong commercial awareness and operational management experience.
- Competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum.
