This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of a pharmacy based around Lancashire, ensuring it runs efficiently while providing excellent healthcare services to the local community. Dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently in accordance with legal and professional standards.Provide expert advice on medicines, minor ailments, and healthy living.Deliver NHS and private pharmacy services, including vaccinations, medication reviews, and consultations.Ensure compliance with GPhC regulations and pharmacy operating procedures.Support and supervise pharmacy staff, fostering a positive and productive working environment.Build strong relationships with local GP practices, healthcare professionals, and patients.Promote pharmacy services and support business growth initiatives.Maintain high standards of patient safety, confidentiality, and customer service.Stay updated with new pharmaceutical developments and practices. Profile A successful pharmacist should have:

MPharm degree or equivalent.Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).Strong clinical knowledge and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Commitment to delivering outstanding patient care.Good organisational and problem-solving skills.The ability to work effectively in a busy healthcare environment.
