Permanent Support Worker Location: Horsham, West Sussex Salary: £16.78 per hour (Equivalent annual salary of approximately £26,200 per annum based on a 30-hour working week) Vacancy Type: Permanent, Part Time (Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, 30 Hours per week) Do you want the opportunity to broaden your knowledge of brain injury and complex care support? Are you passionate about helping others maximise their independence and quality of life? We are seeking a compassionate, reliable and motivated Permanent Support Worker to join an established team supporting a male client living with cerebral palsy in his family home in Horsham. This is a permanent employed role with guaranteed contracted hours of 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. Our client enjoys good conversation, social outings, football, meeting new people and gaming on his PlayStation. He uses a wheelchair in the community but can walk short distances with support and a walking aid. About the Role You will provide day-to-day support that promotes independence, wellbeing and community participation. Responsibilities include:
