Job description

To support the operational delivery of a range of HR services.

To work closely with the P&C Hub, providing expert advice relating to People Relations matters.

Support the management of Sickness Absence across the Trust by providing advice to managers, attending sickness meetings and analysing sickness data.

Maintaining relevant service activity databases and systems.

To provide customer focused HR Advice to managers and staff and to support the PeopleRelations Adviser on a range of HR services to include employee relations issues, themanagement of sickness absence, employment law, Compliance and pay and conditions ofservice
