- Provide day-to-day operational management of the PCN.
- Coordinate and implement PCN projects and initiatives in line with national and local priorities.
- Manage budgets, reporting, and compliance requirements.
- Collate and submit invoices to ensure reimbursement for the ARRS scheme.
- Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, including practices, commissioners, and partner organisations.
- Implement Digital improvements to practices where appropriate
Milltown Alliance PCN seeks an experienced PCN Manager & Digital Transformation Lead to provide operational and strategic management across the network, working closely with the Clinical Director to deliver the Network Contract DES, oversee contract and performance monitoring, manage PCN finances and ARRS workforce recruitment/line management, and lead digital transformation driving adoption of new technologies, improving data quality, and building digital capability across member practices; the post-holder will act as first point of contact for practices, ICB and external stakeholders, chair PCN operational meetings, and support service redesign aligned to system priorities, requiring strong NHS/primary care contractual knowledge, financial acumen, and senior stakeholder management experience; salary depending on experience, offered initially fixed-term to 31 March 2027 in line with DES funding, with review for conversion to rolling 12m contract subject to contract continuation. As lead practice for the PCN, Werneth Medical practice will lead recruitment for this role.

Experience
Essential
- Previous experience in healthcare management or similar leadership role.
- Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Project management experience.
- Understanding of NHS structures and primary care.
- Knowledge of PCN DES requirements.
- IT Skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data reporting.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple practices and stakeholders.
Desirable
- Working in a PCN setting.
- Flexible approach to working hours.
- Experience with clinical systems.
