CHILDREN'S & ADULTS THERAPIES & DIETETIC ADMIN SERVICES PATIENT & ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT ASSISTANT 37.5 HOURS PER WEEK - MONDAY-FRIDAY (PART TIME HOUR...
You will provide full clerical and reception support to the Children's and Adults Therapies & Dietetic Services. You will undertake general clerical duties for the Nutrition and Dietetics, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Podiatry and Speech and Language Therapy Services for Children and Adults.
You will possess or be working towards a typing/word processing/IT qualification (or equivalent) and be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience of general office practices. You must also have excellent communication skills, be able to prioritise your workload and work effectively on your own and as part of the admin team.
Experience within an office environment together with experience of dealing with members of the public and general telephone enquiries is essential.

Qualifications & Training
Essential
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
- Typing/word processing/IT qualification

- GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths
- Audio typing experience
- NVQ or equivalent qualification

- Previous experience dealing with general public
- Previous telephone experience
- Use of Microsoft Office Applications
