We are looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Patient Administrator to join our Endoscopy team at our Yeovil unit. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering an exceptional patient experience, supporting patients throughout their diagnostic journey while working alongside a dedicated clinical team in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and thrives in a busy, patient-focused environment. You will have:

  • Previous experience in an administrative, customer service or healthcare setting.
  • Strong IT skills, including confidence using Microsoft Office and other electronic systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

In return, you'll join a supportive team where your contribution directly impacts patient care and the smooth running of our endoscopy service.
