Join Our Front Desk Team as a Care Coordinator
As the first point of contact for our patients, youll be the friendly face and reassuring voice they rely on. Youll be at the heart of our practice, ensuring everything runs smoothly by:
- Welcoming patients with warmth and assisting them in person or over the phone
- Handling reception and administrative duties with ease and professionalism
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide seamless care
- Managing patient appointments and directing them to the appropriate services
- Offering exceptional customer service with a positive, problem-solving mindset

Qualifications
Essential
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
- GCSE Mathematics & English (C or above)
Desirable
- Customer service qualification (NVQ) or equivalent
- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care
Skills
Essential
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Strong IT skills
- Clear, polite telephone manner
- Competent in the use of Office and Outlook
- Effective time management (Planning & Organising)
- Ability to work as a team member and autonomously
- Good interpersonal skills
- Problem solving & analytical skills
- Ability to follow policy and procedure
