Part Time Dental Practice Receptionist £14 - £16 per hour Pinner, Middx Joining a Private Dentist Practice in Pinner: 2 Full days 8am - 6pm, Thursday and Friday Additional hours one Saturday per month may be possible if desired. Saturday hours are 9am - 4pm My Client is seeking a friendly and professional Part Time Dental Receptionist to join their private dental practice. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include

Greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrival and departureManage appointment scheduling and cancellations efficientlyAnswer phone calls promptly and assist with patient enquiriesMaintain accurate patient records and update information as neededHandle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and processing paymentsCoordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth clinic operationsEnsure the reception area remains tidy, welcoming, and well-stocked with necessary materials Reception experience is essential, experience within a Dental, Medical, Healthcare environment is desired.
