Part Time Clinical AssistantHorleyMonday / Thursday / Friday9.00am-5.00pm£15.38 p/hourParking availableTemping through until the end of December 2026 with possibility of going permanentWe are assisting our client in their search for a very experienced administrator and coordinator, to assist with managing 3 busy clinics for their Horley based site.You will be the first point of contact for visitors - face to face and over the phone, and ensuring that their, and the consultants appointments run smoothly, efficiently and on time.A typical day will be very administrative based, from meeting and introducing them to the consultant or their nurses, to managing the medical notes produced and uploading onto the system and sending the reports onto relevant partiesYou will need experience in a similar role (medical or healthcare background would be extremely beneficial) to enable you to hit the ground running.If you feel this would be a good match to your experience and you are available for on-going temporary work on the stated days, we'd love to receive your application.
