As a Part Time Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you will help residents enjoy each day by providing the quality care and support they deserve. The role involves assisting with daily living, providing support and companionship, and sharing great moments with residents. Duties can vary from supporting residents with their food and drink to ensuring they have one-to-one time. Applicants need experience in caring for older people, a can-do approach, excellent communication skills, and empathy.
