Location: White City
Position: Full-Time 40 hours per week – **must be able to do late nights and weekends**
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years post-qualification

We are seeking a highly skilled and commercially driven Optometrist to join our dynamic team in London. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional who is passionate about eye health and thrives in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.
- Conduct comprehensive eye examinations to the highest clinical standards.
- Provide expert advice on vision correction options, including refractive surgery and premium lenses.
- Work collaboratively with the wider clinical and retail team to deliver outstanding patient experiences.
- Drive commercial success by promoting Optical Express services and products ethically and effectively.
- Fully qualified Optometrist with at least 3 years post-registration experience.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to achieve business objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, patient-focused approach with a commitment to continuous professional development.
