The Role As the resident Optometrist, you will be an important part of both the clinical and wider store team. Your responsibilities will include:

Delivering thorough, patient-focused eye examinationsTaking the time to understand each patient’s individual needsProviding consistently high standards of clinical careBuilding lasting relationships with patientsWorking closely with the retail team and sharing your optical knowledgeOffering guidance and support throughout the customer journeyActing as an ambassador for the practice and its valuesSpending time outside the testing room and contributing to the wider store experience This is not a role focused on rushing patients through a tightly packed clinic. The emphasis is on quality, continuity of care and creating an experience that patients genuinely remember. About You We would love to hear from you if you are:
