Operational Lead

Maintain accurate, up-to-date electronic records

Coordinate staff resources and support team planning

Provide daytoday leadership, support, and supervision to WEST staff, working closely with the Clinical Lead and Locality Services Manager

Support safe and effective triage of referrals and ensure coordinated care across the pathway

Deliver expert holistic assessments and evidencebased interventions for CYP and their carers

Lead the team in implementing integrated MDT care plans, ensuring highquality, patientfocused care

Desirable: - Master's Qualification or working towards; - Non-medical prescriber (V300); - Leadership training/ qualification Practice Educator qualification

Experience

Desirable: - Experience of developing new services; - Relevant experience at band 7

Essential: - High level of knowledge underpinning roles and responsibilities of the professional groups within an MHTiS
