Operational Care Quality Partner - South Region

As an Operational Care Quality Partner, you will support care homes across the South Division to improve quality and strengthen performance. This highly visible, hands-on role involves supporting homes that may lack a General Manager, welcoming new leadership, or requiring improvement. You will work alongside Regional Directors, General Managers, and care teams to assess performance, identify priorities, and implement effective improvement plans. Key responsibilities include leading care quality and clinical improvements, assessing underperforming services, strengthening clinical governance, supporting regulatory compliance, and coaching care teams.
