Operational Care Quality Partner - North Region

As an Operational Care Quality Partner in the North Division, your role will involve supporting care homes to enhance quality, strengthen performance, and achieve sustainable results for residents. This visible, hands-on role is particularly involved with homes lacking a General Manager or requiring focused improvement. You will collaborate with Regional Directors, General Managers, and care teams to evaluate performance, prioritize tasks, and execute effective plans for improvement. You will spearhead care quality and clinical improvements, formulating measurable improvement strategies for underperforming services. In addition to enhancing clinical governance, you will oversee areas such as risk, incidents, and resident outcomes.
