- Assessing and treating patients requiring rehabilitation following an Acute Stroke.
- Liaising with the therapy team, wider multidisciplinary team as well as family members regarding patient care.
- Helping to facilitate in-patient group rehabilitation classes e.g. Upper limb group
- Facilitating discharge planning, including onward referral to appropriate community services
